Antonia Mahon is the only Paris-based interior designer with 20 years of French corporate experience, specializing in helping busy, executive-level Paris lovers create their dream home in the City of Light.
“I guide my clients through every step of finding their dream property, buying it, renovating and furnishing it, so that they can simply arrive and unpack their bags in their new home. Each client is different, so I adapt my process and designs to their individual needs and their love of Paris.”
To ensure that clients can enjoy their journey of becoming Parisian, I use an exclusive, stress-free process, which I have developed and refined over the years. This is especially important, as most of my clients aren’t in Paris during the project. I’m fully involved in, and accountable for, every stage: selecting properties, supporting the buying process, remodeling, decorating, and furnishing. I take the stress out of selecting and buying a property in Paris. And I love redesigning floor plans to maximize every square foot (apartments are much smaller in Paris!). I manage every detail, all the way through to the final installation and big reveal—complete with a bottle of chilled champagne, naturellement!

My sweet spot is getting to know my clients, finding the perfect property for them and delighting them with my designs. My corporate background as Head of Organization at a French asset management firm brings a process-driven approach, strong organizational and management skills, and fluency in the French language and culture. This allows clients to delegate confidently, knowing I’ll manage the entire project with care.
Since purchasing and renovating my first Parisian apartment in 2004, I’ve gained deep insight into the Paris property market, renovation techniques, and interior design practices. Over time, I have built a trusted team of realtors, notaries, local contractors, cabinetmakers, decorators, and artisans, all of whom share my vision of excellence and craftsmanship. And if I ever encounter a challenge I can’t solve on my own, I’m so well-connected here in Paris that I always know who to call!
From a design perspective, I am passionate about historical architecture and love highlighting the original features of Parisian apartments. I enjoy mixing period and contemporary pieces to create elegant, chic interiors tailored to each client’s personality and lifestyle.
Originally from Ireland, I moved to Paris in 1999 and have lived in or around the city ever since. I retrained in Architectural Interior Design at the Inchbald School of Design in London, and I also hold an Honors Master of Arts in French and Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
