Project type, size and location: Two bedroom apartment (90 square meters), Paris V, partial renovation, decoration and furnishing. A home in Paris for a couple who live in Washington DC.
Difficulties overcome: Tight deadline: partial renovation and complete
decoration and furnishing in less than 4 months.
Avenue Henri Martin, Paris XVI
Project type, size and location: Division of a 250 meter square apartment to create a rental apartment of 130 meter square (three bedroom), Paris XVI, renovation, decoration and furnishing.
Difficulties overcome: Creation of a brand new plumbing system with waste water pumped (hidden in false ceilings) to the back to the building where the building waste pipes are situated.
Cité Vanneau, Paris VII
Project type, size and location: Decoration of a 3 bedroom apartment (200 meter square) for a couple on an international work assignment (and their two cats!).
Difficulties overcome: Reduced budget as my clients were only staying for two years.
Rue Fréville Le Vingt, Sèvres
Project type, size and location: Decoration and furnishing of a 140 meter square (three bedroom) family home, Sèvres, Greater Paris.
Difficulties overcome: Creation of different areas on the completely open-plan ground-floor level, bringing light into the kitchen with no window.
